Phoenix (February 3, 2015) - Todd G. Williams, M.Sc. has joined the Phoenix, Arizona office as Environmental Services Director. In this role, Mr. Williams will strengthen the breadth and depth of the company’s environmental and water quality capabilities in the region and support business development efforts nationally.
Mr. Williams’ background encompasses over 27 years of government experience at the Federal, State and Local levels. Most recently, Mr. Williams spent the last 8 ½ years as the first Environmental Services Director for the Arizona Department of Transportation. In this role, Mr. Williams was instrumental in the development of the agency’s environmental program. At the national level, Mr. Williams has extensive experience working with senior environmental leaders from State Departments of Transportation and multiple federal agencies.

Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science degree in Biology from the University of Waterloo with a specialization in Environmental Toxicology. He has served as the Natural Resources Subcommittee Chair for the Standing Committee on Environment with the American Association of State and Highway Transportation Officials, a steering committee member for the Standing Committee on Environment, a steering committee member for the National Cooperative Highway Research Program 25-25, an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Environmental Excellence, and is currently a member of ADC30 the Transportation Research Board committee associated with Ecology and Transportation.
