Los Angeles (February 25, 2019) - Michael Baker International, a global leader in engineering, planning and consulting services, announced today that Suad Cisic, P.E., has joined the firm as National Water Practice Lead. Based in Los Angeles, Calif., Mr. Cisic will facilitate the ongoing growth of the firm's Water practice through extensive client outreach and close collaboration with lead Water staff throughout the Company.

Mr. Cisic brings more than 30 years of experience in business development and operations of complex engineering projects and programs to Michael Baker. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development for Water and Environment at WSP USA, an engineering and professional services firm. His tenure also includes time as North America Water Market Manager for Kleinfelder, President of Parsons Brazil and various leadership, client service, project management and engineering roles during 16 years with MWH Global. His career includes work across the United States, Brazil, Argentina and Egypt.
Mr. Cisic earned a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and a diploma in Sanitary Engineering from IHE, Delft, Holland, the largest international graduate Water education facility in the world. He is a member of the American Water Works Association and Water Environment Federation.
